How long after I complete my book will it take for me to receive them?

Once you have approved your book and placed an order, you can expect to receive your books within 4-6 weeks. The orders can be expedited and delivered within 2-3 weeks by paying and expedite shipping and handling fee.

I already got married. Can I still create a book?

You can create a book at any time before, during or after your wedding. All you need is the images/photos and the memories of what you would like to preserve.

How many pages is my book?

The book will start at 64 pages and can go up to 80 pages. If you create less than 64 pages, we will include journal pages for your personal comments to bring the total to 64 pages.

How many photos can I upload?

The system provides 300Mb of storage. For photos of 500K (optimum size for print reproduction), you can upload up to 600 photos into your website for inclusion in your book.

How many photos can I put in my book?

Depending on the page layouts selected, you could include up to 500 photos in your book. On average, the typical book includes between 100 and 200 photos.

Can others upload photos to my website to be used in my book?

Yes. You can provide a password to allow family, friends and members of the Wedding Party the ability to upload photos they took to your website.

Can I view the finished pages online?

Every page created is viewable on line. There is a print preview function that allows you to preview and/or print a draft of your wedding Storybook prior to final approval and ordering.

Do I have to download any software to use the system?

To upload photos, the system will ask you to enable a java applet for photo uploads. The applet is temporary and completely safe.

Is there a recommended photo resolution/dpi to use to ensure clean and crisp photos?

We recommend photos of 300-500K file size or a minimum dpi of 150. Optimum for photo clarity is 500K or 300 dpi. There is no noticeable improvement to your book with files larger than 500K or 300dpi.

Do I have to use digital photos to create my book?

No. Scanned photos can be used (make sure they are scanned at a minimum of 150 dpi). Also, photos taken with a 35mm film camera can be developed onto a cd rom. Files can be uploaded directly from the cd rom to the system.

Does the system have spell checking?

Yes. Each area where text is entered, there is a spell check tool.
